decades. With a diversified background of over 25 years experience from
operating a chain of retail stores and wholesale manufacturing, overseeing
100+ employees, to real estate sales, and construction. She has experience in
managing many facets of running a business and knows what it takes. As a
devoted wife, friend, and community advocate she enjoys helping others
realize their dreams, ease their worries, and make their vision a reality.
Michelle is a Licensed General Contractor, and California Realtor.

WHO WE ARE?
RMO Construction Agency Inc was formed to fill a need in the construction world between contractors and available RMO’s (Responsible Managing Officer). We are a private employment and recruiting agency that provides licensing solutions to new contractors and creates business opportunities for licensed contractors.
We screen, prequalify, and set up individuals from incorporation, licensing, training to business management, coaching and any other items they need in order to succeed. We are a one stop shop providing top notch customer service that is customized to each client’s needs. We are committed to our word and to our customers.
RMO Construction Agency Inc operates on a flat-fee basis with a contract in place. We will connect you with the RMOs in our database, allowing you to contact them directly to discuss your business needs and requirements.
